The Marin County Free Library, along with City Public Libraries of Marin County and Community Partners Book Passage and Dominican University of California, is pleased to announce the 2010 One Book One Marin reading program with the selection of Michael Chabon’s Pulitzer Prize-winning novel, The Amazing Adventures of Kavalier & Clay. Like nationwide “book clubs”, One Book programs are bringing communities together for stimulating discussions about a single book to challenge stereotypes and generate ideas. A variety of community partners collaborate to bring the community interesting programming and events related to the book throughout the year. The purpose of One Book One Marin 2010 is to provide readers with a shared reading experience that leads to open dialogue. One Book One Marin 2010
